Jay Knapp has been such an amazing professional who is kind and a hard worker! He has been spraying for mosquitoes and ants on our acreage and has done an amazing job! I highly recommend their service!

I don’t usually give reviews but Hugo Mendoza from Springer Pest Control deserves one! We manage a couple of buildings in Des Moines and always request him because he does an excellent job. Hugo provides fast results for all pest issues, including bedbugs and cockroaches. He takes his time during treatments works from the heart and explains everything he does. We at Pacific Management highly recommend him!

Very happy with the results and especially happy with my “bug man”!!! I enjoy visiting a bit if I am home during my appointment, but even if I am not - I am always able to send a text (and videos!) when I need a little extra help… and he will stop back by soon after to take care of any problem! 😊

Andy has been helping us for 5 years now, and from the very beginning, he has been thorough, professional and a gem! He spots possible problems before they become issues and has the best advice always. We live in an area where the great outdoors and our home often collide, and his solutions keep the "wild" alive and happy outside where we continue to enjoy observing the animals in our area. Our neighbor has termites, and we wanted to make sure that our house was protected. Larry came to inspect the house and he was very knowledgeable and honest. Aaron came to do the install of the preventative treatment, and he was very professional.

Tylor did a fantastic job ridding our house of roaches. We had been having issues with them for awhile, when we called Springer they came out and did an inspection and then set up our treatment day. Tyler came out and did a very thorough job. He explained the whole process and what to expect with the treatments. Within a couple weeks and a couple of treatments we went from seeing a whole bunch to not seeing any at all! Very happy with the overall experience, and recommending them to anyone that I know who’s having bug issues!

Have been Springer customer many years. My service representative, Alan McConnell, is absolutely THE BEST! He has found problem areas I didn't know existed. He is trustworthy to the point I have allowed him to service my residence when I was not even home. He notifies me of date and times of service when he will be arriving.
