They’ve gone above and beyond to help.In a school setting, safety and reliability are essential, and Josh consistently delivers. He is professional, respectful of our environment, and always mindful of working in school setting. They communicate clearly and ensure everything is handled safely and effectively, especially important with children in mind, and in timely manner. If we need support they are out promptly, take time to answer questions if needed.We truly appreciate the peace of mind Springer provides and highly recommend their services!

Springer has been incredibly easy to work with and they do an amazing job. They are at our house in a moments notice. They take care of indoor and outdoor pests and come back to make sure they are really gone. We've had a number of solicitors over the years and I would never consider their offers because I know I already use the best company in town.

Rich and Brandon are knowledgeable and creative. Brandon fixed what I think has been the entry point all along and patched up a couple more areas he saw.

Andy has been our trusted pest control “bug guy” since we moved into our house 5 years ago. He’s prompt, responsive, friendly and so great with our protective dog. I absolutely hate the potential of any bugs or rodents inside our home and Andy keeps them out. My husband once questioned if we even need pest control because we never have any bugs and I said “that’s exactly why we need it, because it’s working to prevent them!” Thank you for continuing to keep our home pest-free, Andy! If I could give six stars or more, I would. Rich has been with us for years- and we really appreciate all he does for us!!He’s always kind, professional and courteous! He listens and explains things if we have questions and always takes care of anything that we need done. We value our relationship with Rich and your company.

Andy is very knowledgeable and always takes time to explain when there are pest issues such as isolated spiders or ants. In the many years that Andy has been working for us, we have not had any significant pest issues. Call Andy today if you need help with your pest control.

Aric is always welcome. The younger kids and dog love following him around and “helping” take care of any pest issues / spiderwebs, etc. I can call if I ever notice an issue and they take care of it immediately. Very happy customer!

Jay Knapp has been such an amazing professional who is kind and a hard worker! He has been spraying for mosquitoes and ants on our acreage and has done an amazing job! I highly recommend their service!

I don’t usually give reviews but Hugo Mendoza from Springer Pest Control deserves one! We manage a couple of buildings in Des Moines and always request him because he does an excellent job. Hugo provides fast results for all pest issues, including bedbugs and cockroaches. He takes his time during treatments works from the heart and explains everything he does. We at Pacific Management highly recommend him!

Very happy with the results and especially happy with my “bug man”!!! I enjoy visiting a bit if I am home during my appointment, but even if I am not - I am always able to send a text (and videos!) when I need a little extra help… and he will stop back by soon after to take care of any problem! 😊

Andy has been helping us for 5 years now, and from the very beginning, he has been thorough, professional and a gem! He spots possible problems before they become issues and has the best advice always. We live in an area where the great outdoors and our home often collide, and his solutions keep the "wild" alive and happy outside where we continue to enjoy observing the animals in our area.
