We continue to have wonderful experiences with Andy from Springer! He is always professional, kind, and communicative, making sure we understand everything being done during each visit and answering any questions we have.What really stood out was his kindness during his last service visit when he took the time to rescue a baby bunny trapped in our window well. That level of care and compassion says so much about his character.It’s rare to find someone who provides excellent service while also being genuinely thoughtful and personable. Highly recommend Andy with Springer!

Have been Springer customer many years. My service representative, Alan McConnell, is absolutely THE BEST! He has found problem areas I didn't know existed. He is trustworthy to the point I have allowed him to service my residence when I was not even home. He notifies me of date and times of service when he will be arriving. Best customer service I have experienced in many years. I have had interaction with Larry, Rich, & Dakota. Larry inspected my home & clearly explained all my options. He has a kind & reassuring manner, & patiently answered all my questions. Dakota was pleasant & efficient. Special shout out to Rich. He worked very hard in a basement that had a 35 year accumulation of things that family stored down there with the intention of deciding later whether it was worth keeping. He did an impossible amount of work, so I'm giving him 2 days worth of stars. Definitely 10 stars.

Very impressed by Springers responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge in the field. I have trusted Springer to look after my building in downtown Des Moines for the 8 years it’s been standing, and we have had little to no issues, seldom have we had any issue lasting longer than 24-48 hours. Steve Thompson has been my go to for any pest that may arise (you’re inevitably going to have some troubles from time to time). Highly recommend this company. Their products effectiveness, attention to detail, and respect for the space they’re working in is exactly what I’m in need of.

They arrived early and was done by mid afternoon. They cleane up the attic, coverd up holes and put new pet resistant installation in. Very courteous. A little pricey but now days every thing is expensive.

I have been using Springer's pest control service for over 12 years now and am extremely happy with their service. This is because their product works and I don't have unwanted insects in my house and very few outside. My next door neighbors have cob webs all over their front porches but I do not. I know it works.Kevin does a great job and he always texts a few days before service. He is knowledgeable, professional and great with my dog (added bonus). I highly recommend! I also take advantage of the mosquito spray service for the lawn in the summer months.

I need to share the amazing experience I have had with Springer Professional Home Services especially with Kevin W. who has made bugs in our home nonexistent. We had a number of spiders in our home and I hate bugs especially spiders. I can't believe it but they are gone! Kevin is such a good communicator and alerts us days in advance when he is scheduled to come. This is so important because plans and situations can change and he is so flexible. He also lets us know when he is on his way which I appreciate very much. He checks in and asks me to share any concerns or alert him of any problems areas we have. I am just so impressed because I had used a different company prior to Springer and the costumer service and attention was not even close to what I have experienced with Kevin and Springer. Thank you!

We have been using Springer services since 2023 and have been very happy with them. Kevin comes out every few months and sprays and checks everything. We had a terrible wasps problem before to the point where sitting outside was no longer than 10 minutes because of the wasps. Now we hardly even notice anything being outside. Kevin is always friendly and timely while doing his visits and brief in explaining any questions we might have!

Alan and Rich came as the team to do the inside and outside work and they were so friendly, professional and went above and beyond any normal level of service expectations. You have 2 amazing employees on your team there. There was no clean up even needed. So pleased with the work. I give them 100/10

From the first conversation with DJ to the guys doing the work there were no issues. Great communication, great work, and great cleanup. I would highly recommend them! Thanks for taking care of our bat situation!
